Terms of Service

1. Services

Noor Elite Chauffeur provides premium private chauffeur and luxury transport services across Morocco, including but not limited to: airport transfers, private city tours, intercity routes, events, VIP concierge, and security escort services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Submitting a booking request through our website or WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed only upon written confirmation from Noor Elite Chauffeur via email or WhatsApp message. Our team aims to confirm all requests within 1 hour.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) unless otherwise specified. Prices may vary based on vehicle selection, distance, duration, and specific service requirements. Final pricing is confirmed in writing at the time of booking. Prices do not include gratuities, tolls, or additional expenses incurred at the client's request.

4. Cancellation Policy

• More than 24 hours notice: Full refund or credit
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% cancellation fee applies
• No-show: Full service charge applies

For special events, weddings, or multi-day bookings, specific cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate pickup details, flight information, and contact numbers
• Being ready at the agreed pickup time
• Treating the vehicle and chauffeur with respect
• Any damage caused to the vehicle during the service

6. Liability

Noor Elite Chauffeur shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, road closures, or events beyond our control. All our vehicles are fully insured and our chauffeurs are licensed and trained. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal items left in vehicles.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
